Here’s everything you need to know about ordering from Val's Cakes.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. For wedding cakes, we recommend placing your order 12 weeks in advance. For short notice orders, contact us over the phone to discuss your needs.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We offer options for gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free cakes. Let us know your needs during the consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event will receive their money back minus the 10% deposit fee.
Do you deliver cakes?
Absolutely! We deliver within a 50-mile radius of our location. Additional charges of $1/KM is applicable to any deliveries.
Can I customize the flavor and design?
Yes, all our cakes are fully customizable to suit your preferences.
How do I store the cake if I pick it up early?
We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place. If it contains perishable ingredients, refrigeration may be required.
